The Role

This role is suitable for those who strive to perform at their best and have a true passion for great service and outstanding results and aspire to build a career in ÌýSales.

As a real estate trainee with LJ Hooker Manuka, you will be interacting with tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers. You will work with both the Property Management and Sales teams while learning the ropes and moving on to a sales position, which will provide diverse learning opportunities. You will learn essential skills of Real Estate while honing your skills.

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Office administration and compliance
  • New client onboarding
  • Property marketing including writing ads and internet advertising
  • Responding to tenant enquiries
  • Conducting private inspections for leasingÌý
  • Attending open homes
  • Conducting open homes call-backs
  • Application processing
  • Prospecting for new clients

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and systems-oriented
  • Coachable and accountable
  • Saturday work with a day off in lieu
  • Own car and driver's licence
  • A drive to become a top-tier Real Estate professional
  • Able to build rapport and trust quickly and easily with a diverse client base
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
